Rustic seclusion on our island in the Lake Of The Woods. Whitefish Bay Camp has many cabins in various locations around the camp. Each is complete with modern facilities for your comfort and enjoyment.
The Lake of the Woods has always been a renowned fishing lake boasting superb Northern, Bass and Walleye fishing. Then there is the king sport of freshwater angler - the Muskie. Muskies grow to large sizes and are more abundant here than in most areas.
Fishing opportunities abound for all ages. Men and women alike find the challenge rewarding as they angle the waters sheltered by the many beautiful islands.
Big game, small game, the wilderness surrounding Whitefish Bay Camp has it all. As well known as the lake is for fishing, the area around the lake is well known for hunting. This is one of the best areas for moose hunting! Whitefish Bay Camp receives from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources a limited number of moose tags in management zones 7-A (muzzle loader or archery only) and 7-B (a rifle hunt zone). Moose populations are high. Hunt success runs at 75%.
