Henderson Harbor offers a large protected bay that is centrally located to Canadian fishing waters, the St. Lawrence River, and Lake Ontario deep water fishing.
The fishery is well represented with sport fishing favorites of, Brown Trout, Steelhead, Lake Trout, Walleye, Pike, Small Mouth Black Bass, and Salmon.
The immediate area has the characteristic of a quiet fishing village with many tourist attractions within a one hour excursion.
We are pleased to host nine of the finest sport fishing charter services in the Henderson Harbor area. These captains base their operation from West View Marina and have access to our parking and other amenities for themselves as well as their customers.
Our spacious, comfortable rooms have either two double beds, or one queen sized bed. Each room has a private bath, air conditioning, heat, and cable television. Several of our rooms provide a view of Henderson Harbor.
You will not want to miss the awesome sunsets from our lounge and dining room. The inspiration for our name, "West View Lodge". Our early 5am breakfast buffet allows the fishermen and women to enjoy a hearty breakfast and still board their charter boat on time!
West View Marina is located across the street from our Lodge. We offer protected deep water dockage for seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily rates. Our Marina store provides a modest selection of fishing tackle, fishing and boating equipment, live and frozen bait, ice, and convenience items.
Our Lodge and Marina have ample parking for cars and boat trailers. A free docking slip at our Marina is provided for your boat, with the rental of one of our rooms.
You may dine in our restaurant in a casual relaxed atmosphere. The menu is focused on seasonal vegetables and fruits with main dish selections of beef, pork, chicken, and fish. Specials are provided for best value and wider selection. These include pasta, seafood, catch of the day, and barbecue.
