Rosegrove Fishing Resort is situated on the eastern front the Timiskaming Abitibi Trail Association, OFSC's District 14. We are accessible by sled, a mere 6 kms west off OFSC Trail A-108. While sledding in the area, why not take a little time out and do some ice fishing on Round Lake.
Anglers staying with Rosegrove Fishing Resort will have unlimited year-round access to a wide range of species. Round Lake offers legendary trophy walleye fishing and provides access to Walleye (Pickerel), Small Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, Splake (Lake Trout & Speckle Trout hybrid), Whitefish, Perch, Smelt, herring & more.
Spring fishing with Rosegrove Fishing Resort features great opportunities to net smelt to use as bait and/or eat. It also provides excellent river walleye and northern pike fishing.
Winter fishing can be a relaxing pastime at Rosegrove Fishing Resort. While perch, pike and walleye are common winter catches, many anglers are focusing on the numerous splake. The MNR stocked Round Lake with splake, which is a hybrid between lake trout and speckle trout, that makes for an exciting catch as well as a tasty meal.

Hunters staying with us will find some of the best hunting available. Rosegrove Hunting Resort provides convenient access to three wildlife management units. WMU 28, 29 & 40 are known for their excellent hunting grounds featuring, Moose, Bear, Rabbit, Fox, Duck, Geese, Grouse (Partridge).
